Deposits: A deposit of 2 night’s accommodation is required to confirm the booking.

Final Payment: The balance of monies is due on arrival. For group bookings, the balance of monies is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Interim Payments: For special events and high season an interim payment of half of the booking will be required. Unless specified, this will need to be paid at least 30 days before arrival.

Minimum Booking Periods: Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, long weekends and selected special events.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be advised in writing before any refund can be considered. If cancellation occurs within less than 30 days (60 days for high season) prior to the taking of accommodation – no refund is applicable.

Refunds: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is notified at least 30 days (60 days for high season) before accommodation commences.

Refunds will be less $100 administration fee.

Amendments: Amendments must be advised in writing. Variations to the reservation may necessitate alterations to the apartment allocation.

Maximum Numbers per apartment: The numbers accommodated in each apartment must not exceed the number quoted for in the booking. Once occupation of the apartment takes place the full payment of the booking is required – should termination of accommodation be earlier than the due date no refund is applicable.

Facilities are only to be used by the people staying at the apartments.

There are no parties allowed at the property.
